By using my Image Splitter you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and clear.

The service

my Image Splitter is a free tool, run by Mohsin, that splits, resizes, compresses and converts images, and adds text to them, in your web browser. It is provided as a personal project. Features may change, and the site may be unavailable at times.

Your images and rights

Your images stay on your device (see the privacy page). You keep all rights to them and to the pieces you create. Only use images you have the right to edit and share.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or in ways that harm or overload the site, such as automated scraping or attacks.

No warranty

The tool is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is carefully tested, but check your downloaded files before relying on them, and keep your own copy of the original image.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mohsin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, including lost data or files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept them.
